While we were living in Spain I met a lovely Norwegian Lady Kristin and of course she was a quilter but she also did knitting. She knitted the amazing Norwegian sweaters and cardigans. As seen in following pictures in Navy and White
When we were ready to leave Spain and return to China, she presented me with a fabulous tiny neck scarf...hoping this would be useful in the cold cold winters of China. It was great just enough to keep out the chills but not a large wrap around that gets in your way. it looks fab over plain sweaters or just under a collarless jacket.
So I am being proactive and am going to make some ready for the winter in different colours ...also for gifts.
