For it would not sign in with a profile ...so I spent a great deal of time on the HELP pages of alsorts of places and I finally came up with an answer that has worked for me.
Do Not tick the box that keeps you signed in to Google or Yahoo or who ever you use ....
YES it worked ... who would have believed it was so simple.
BUT why after about 8 yrs has this changed I have always been " keep me signed in "

Hi Laurie! I had that problem awhile back. It is very frustrating, and I'm glad you've found the solution. I also had people tell me that they couldn't post because I had the comment block embedded. Now I have a pop-up like yours. We just keep learning new tricks all the time. :-)

This has been going on for the past year. I posted about it a while back, seems that if you have your comments set up in a certain way it won't let you comment if you are permanently signed in?! Not sure why, just realised how to sort it several months ago. I do still have one or two that I ahve trouble commenting on but most are sorted now!

Very frustrating I know but the main thing is that you are still able to keep in touch with us and thanks to your post we can follow how things are going for you.
