Our weather here has been wonderful over the summer the hottest for years and hardly any rain and we are told set to continue for a few more weeks yet.
It has got to the point where rain has been prayed for. The fire service are as busy as can be with bush fires with temp's in the 30's and warm winds
The biggest draw back is the hot nights and the lack of sleep this has caused.
Yesterday it RAINED what a glorious sight, I did not hear one moan or groan about the rain. The best part of the whole rain thing is that I actually managed almost a whole nights sleep, feeling awake and fit to go this morning.
I may even get some of those "hot" jobs done like ironing etc. before the thermometer rises again later in the day
