Ingredients
6 to 8 Good pork Sausages. Tin of budget tomatoes. 2 Onions sliced or chopped.
Red pepper sliced
1 Bottle of dark beer
Salt and pepper
A few chilli flakes to taste
or any other flavour that you like ... to add zest

| Brown sausages, slice and put in slow cooker dish add all other ingredients. Cook all day in slow cooker. Serve with mashed potatoes and green veges | |
