Decorations down and away

I am normally one of the people who leaves up their
Christmas decorations until 12th night,
and am quite superstitious about having them down on that evening.
Yesterday our local garden centre had a sale and because I 'm needing some new indoor plants I decided to pay them a visit.

I bought 3 flowering New Guinea Impatiens "Bizzy Lizzy's"
I needed to clear a space for them and had to move some decorations to do this, low and behold one hour later I had removed all the decoration and they were packed away in the boxes ready for storage
I still can not believe I did this...this has to be a first for me.
So I guess Christmas is over in my house.

Hi Laurie
I just wanted to thank you for keeping me up to date with life in the BOP. Having moved here 3 years ago from the BOP I still have an interest in the area, in particular the quilting and craft scene.
Whakatane was my base and for some reason I am sure I have met you, maybe at Cottage Flair.
By the way are you in any way related to Malcolm B?
keepi on posting those newsy items, I'm loving it.
hugs
Miche'le
